Your host Steve Genson is a United States Coast Guard (USCG) Licensed Captain and has guided professionally for over 20 years. Daryl Neibauer

Raised in Mellen, Wisconsin, Daryl has been fishing the lakes and streams of northern Wisconsin for more than 30 years for everything from trout to musky. He moved to the Hayward area in 1989 and has been guiding the Hayward Lakes area full time since 1996.

Jerry began guiding in 1963 while still in high school in an era when resorts such as Ross’ Teal Lake Lodge and Scheer’s Ghost Lake Lodge were very busy and frequented by business executives who would entertain their major clients with several days of fishing. Inducted into the Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame in 2018.

I guide Hayward Area Lakes including the Chippewa Flowage, Round Lake, Nelson Lake, Grindstone Lake, Lac Courte Orielles, Lost Land Lake, Spider Lake Chain, Teal Lake and some small low-pressure lakes and rivers.

Bill Kutka

Bill started fishing early on as a kid growing up in Chicago. His passion for the outdoors and fishing has grown ever since, with over 50 years of fishing and boating experience. He is an accomplished Professional Walleye Tournament Angler for nearly four decades. Bill has qualified for championships and was named Sportsman of the Year in the In-Fisherman Professional Walleye Trail. In 2022 the tournaments that he will compete in are the National Walleye Tour as a Pro and the Master’s Walleye Circuit. Bill is a lifelong member of the National Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame & Museum located in Hayward, Wisconsin. He is also a Pro Member of the National Professional Anglers Association and The Walleye Federation. Bill is CPR Certified, fully insured and is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Master Captain
